- 1/2 cup of whole grain old fashioned oats
- 1/2 cup of honey bunches of oats with almonds (extra granola, love!!!)
- 1/2 tablespoon of chia seeds
- fresh blueberries
- fresh peaches, sliced
- splash of almond milk
